I already have an accountant. Why do I need a Finance Director?
 An accountant tends to have a fairly limited scope and doesn't have the same level of in-depth analysis and expertise as an FD. Where an accountant is more functional, an FD is both functional and strategic.
 
How is the right FD selected for me?
 We will agree with you your exact requirements and will match your needs to find the best fit. You will then have an FD who has the right 'chemistry' for you and your company. 
 
What size of company do you work with?
We work with companies with a turnover of between £250k to £20m plus. Whatever your size, we have a solution that will fit in with your requirements. 
 
How easy is it to get hold of you?
Our FDs are easily accessible and organise their workload to ensure that they will always have enough time to deliver a quality service. You will have your FD's mobile and other contact details so that you can contact him at your convenience, 24/7. 
 
Is there a minimum term contract?
No. Your FD will work on a project by project basis as you require and there are no fixed term contracts. We fit in with your specific needs. 
 
How much does it cost?
Payment can be arranged on either an hourly or a fixed fee basis. With our flexible pay-as-you-go service, it's entirely up to you! Contact us for an initial indicative price. 
 
How does this impact my staff?
Your FD will work alongside your existing team to maximise efficiency and output - there are no additional staff involved unless this is requested. 
 
Can you offer any financial administrative services?
